Plant Operations Manager

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced plant leader to head up daily facility operations. In this role, you will ensure safety and quality standards are met, optimize workflow, support team development, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily feedstock handling operations, including receiving, storage, drying, and load-out
• Lead, coach, and develop operations team members
• Champion safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain grain quality, accurate inventory, and proper documentation
• Coordinate maintenance, workflow planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
