Our client is seeking a boots-on-the-ground dairy-focused sales professional to grow business by building trust at the farm gate and working collaboratively with independent dairy consultants. This is a relationship-first role with high autonomy, strong internal support, and a clear focus on long-term growth.
Location: Remote (Northeast U.S.)
Territory: OH / Western PA / WV / Western NY

Key Responsibilities
- Call on dairy producers and strengthen relationships at the farm level
- Build and maintain productive partnerships with independent nutrition consultants
- Develop new business in targeted geographies and help expand market presence
- Serve as the local “face” of the company: communicate value, capabilities, and service model
- Coordinate internally on customer needs, product solutions, service issues, and account execution
- Share market feedback and help shape local strategy (products, programs, positioning)
Qualifications
- Proven success in on-farm sales
- Strong relationship-builder with a consultative, low-ego approach
- Comfortable operating in a consultant-driven market without competing for nutrition/diet formulation
- Self-starter who can manage a large territory and stay organized with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge/understanding of common dairy/beef feed ingredients and solutions
