Experienced Agronomy Custom Applicator

A well-established agronomy team is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to fill a full-time, year-round Custom Applicator / Driver role. This position, requiring a minimum of 3 years experience, offers the opportunity to work with advanced equipment, provide exceptional service, and thrive in a rewarding agricultural environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Precision Application: Safely and accurately apply crop nutrients and crop protection products.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Build strong relationships with patrons by delivering professional and dependable service.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and ensure all equipment operates efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate application and service records.
  • Facility Support: Assist with general maintenance of the agronomy grounds and facilities.


Qualifications:


  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 3+ years experience running agronomy custom application equipment.
  • Custom applicator’s license (or ability to obtain one).
  • CDL Class A or B (or ability to obtain).
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly.


Additional Details:
