Senior Product Manager - Speciality Corn Ingredients

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to lead product development, optimization, and commercialization across a portfolio of specialty corn ingredients. This role serves as a cross-functional technical expert, partnering closely with R&D, operations, quality, engineering, and commercial teams to guide new product initiatives and support customer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and qualification of new and existing specialty corn ingredient products
• Support customer trials, troubleshoot performance questions, and provide application guidance
• Collaborate with operations and QA to refine processing standards, SOPs, and quality parameters
• Drive innovation initiatives focused on functional performance and product enhancement
• Manage product trials, data analysis, and feedback loops to ensure commercial readiness

Requirements

• Degree in Food Science, Grain Science, Ag Engineering, or related field
• 5-10+ years in food ingredient development, processing, or technical operations
• Strong understanding of corn-derived ingredient functionality
• Experience leading cross-functional commercialization
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required
• Ability to work in plant and customer environments with travel as needed
